If I own a good piece of equipment, why do I need a Safety and Efficiency Agreement?
Good Question! Your heating and cooling system may be extremely reliable and efficient now; however, a Safety and Efficiency Agreement can make sure it stays that way. Proper maintenance will help ensure that your equipment will be professionally cleaned and maintained, increasing its longevity and efficiency. Many manufacturers require maintenance for you to keep your parts and labor warranty valid.
What maintenance does your service professional do that’s worth the cost of a Safety and EfficiencyAgreement?
Cleaning and checking your equipment on a regular basis is similar to the kind of maintenance your car needs to run properly. When you properly maintain your air conditioning and heating equipment you receive the following benefits: you will help prevent the need for expensive repairs and potential property damage; your equipment’s lifetime will be extended; and, you may enjoy significant reductions in your monthly utility bills.
- Service plans are generally scheduled for the spring and fall to maintain peak efficiency, help keep utility bills lower, extend the life of your HVAC system, and avert failures.
